From time to time, we may send email updates about new releases, restocks, or promotions. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.

All data is protected by SSL encryption via Shopify. Our servers are also protected by firewalls and security monitoring to safeguard your information.

Returns & Cancellations

There are strictly NO cancellations on Pre-order books as this causes large unnecessary orders being placed to suppliers.

If a comic book is delayed, you will be notified immediately.

Damaged or incorrect items:
We accept returns for damaged or mis-shipped items, but you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us at issue1comics@outlook.com.

In-stock order cancellations:
In-stock orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Please note: a 5% admin charge will apply to cover payment processing fees.

Shipping

Domestic shipping (UK only):

• All Orders are FREE shipping!

Dispatch times:

• We combine shipping to save you money whenever possible.

  Orders containing multiple release dates will be shipped together when the latest release arrives.

  UK release dates are included in the title for clarity.

• We aim to ship in-stock orders within 2–4 working days.

• During busy periods, this may extend to up to 7 working days.
